Church of the Transfiguration

Village Singers

Eleven years ago, the Village Singers (derived from their proximity to Pawtuxet Village, Cranston, RI) was formed with five members from the Church of the Transfiguration Episcopal Church choir. It began as a four part harmony vocal ensemble and has grown into a robust twenty three member choral group providing musical entertainment.

Mission: Our mission is to bring music to as many people as possible through a wide range of concerts while sharing musical experiences and appreciation across generational and socioeconomic lines. Our primary focus is to bring the joy of music to Senior Living Communities across Rhode Island.
